1/2 pound tomatillos, husked
2 green zebra tomatoes
1 onion chopped
4 garlic cloves
1 salsa pepper
1/4 cup cilantro
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt, or to taste
1 cup water
I put everything but cilantro in a glass dish and place in the oven on 400 for 30 minutes. Let it sit for about 15 minutes then add to blender or food processor with fresh cilantro and blend well.
