Gluten-free Vegan Pan Pizza

Back when I was in high school and then college I worked at Pizza Hut. I lived off of pizza for 5 years. So going gluten-free and living without yummy pizza was hard. I make several different types of pizza crusts and this is the latest one, it's really easy and it's yummy.
Gluten-free Vegan Pan Pizza

1 cup garbanzo flour
1 cup brown rice flour
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1 teaspoon of salt
3/4 warm water
1 tablespoon or a packet of yeast
1 tablespoon of agave nectar or sugar
1/3 olive oil or oil of preference
First mix water, yeast, and agave nectar, set aside to bubble up. Then mix dry ingredients in mixer, after liquid mixture has foam on top add it to your dry ingredients and add oil and mix together for about 2 minutes. You can make one big crust, but I will show you how to make four small in this recipe.

Rub a little oil on your hands and keep them wet so the dough won't stick to your hands. Oil pans, divide into four sections and flatten into disks, keeping hands wet inbetween each pizza. Work the dough out to the edges and smooth out, cover and let sit in a warm place for 40 minutes or longer.

Preheat your oven to 450. Par bake for 5 minutes, then add sauce and toppings. We're hooked on Daiya cheese right now, it is soy-free,dairy-free and gluten-free. It's so yummy! Bake for another 20 minutes and let cool, cut and eat. I can get my kids to eat almost anything if it's on a pizza or in a burrito!
